• Walking cricket is traditionally seen as a game for over 50's, but this is flexible to players whom would benefit from playing walking cricket.
• Players can wear anything they feel comfortable in, this can include jeans and a t-shirt. Players are advised to wear training shoes. ( Clubs may decide to purchase Walking Cricket shirts with the club logo on )
• Footwear should be worn that is appropriate ‐ this should be sports training shoes.
• Players should warm up before playing.
• Lead volunteers should ask players for any known medical conditions.
